Randall C Bryson
As the owner of Associated Property Analysts, Inc. since 1997, Randy began his career in 1980. This was before state certifications were required. Took his first appraisal course with the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. By 1986 he finished the requirements for his first professional designation, the “RM”. Randy continued his education with the Society of Real Estate Appraisers finishing the requirements for his second professional designation in 1989 the “SRA”. These two organizations merged into now what is known as The Appraisal Institute and the “RM” designation was retired.
Randy continued with his education over the years and has taken all the required residential courses a second time for a better understanding of the theory and the appraisal process. In 2014 Randy completed all the requirements for his third professional designation, the “AI-RRS” which stands for appraisal review. Randy is an expert in all residential property types which would include unusual, atypical and complex homes. Actively taking routine assignments as well as litigation cases.
Born and raised in Boone county, Randy graduated Centralia High School in 1972. Lives here in Columbia with his wife Pam who have two married sons and five grandchildren.
In his free time, Roger enjoys spending time with his grandkids and riding his Harley motorcycles.
Austin was raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Hannibal, Missouri. His family is the proprietor of a prestigious local real estate company and they have long been investors in the local market. Austin studied business at Columbia College and quickly turned his passion for real estate into a career as an appraiser. Following graduation, Austin became a licensed real estate appraiser in the state of Missouri. He has been active in the field since 2005. In 2015, Austin received his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. His experience ranges from both residential and commercial appraisals.
Austin and his wife reside in Columbia, Missouri, where they balance raising their three girls, Parker Jane, Perrin and Porter, while also managing a number of rental and investment properties.
Dylan joined APA, Inc. in April 2017 as an Appraiser Trainee. Dylan completed his coursework to earn his Residential Certification and became licensed in the state of Missouri in 2019. He is a Culver Stockton College graduate and played as a NAIA student-athlete. He received a Bachelor in Sports Management, minor in Business Administration and minor in Sports Marketing.
He is a true outdoorsman, and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
