Randall C Bryson
Legacy - SRA, AI-RRS
Randy started appraising Real Estate in 1980. After 40 years of appraising, Randy Bryson retired in early 2020. He was a staple to real estate valuations in Mid-Missouri routinely taking jobs other appraisers would rather pass on and often being leaned on by banks for rush orders, ‘the tough ones’ and any appraisal questions they had. Randy was passionate about the profession often times mentoring/training and helping other Mid-Missouri Appraisers that are still working in this area today. He was a
great asset to all those in the Real Estate profession needing a fair, well written and well supported appraisal. Randy still lives in Columbia with his wife.
